PURPOSE: A voice guide system for the blind is provided to conveniently and accurately deliver information on things to the blind through a small speaker. CONSTITUTION: A voice guide system for the blind comprises an RF controller(210), a control unit(220), a menu input unit(230), a sound output unit(240), a power supply unit(250), and a goggle unit. The RF controller recognizes a signal of an ID transmitted from an RF tag. The control unit is linked with the RF controller, reads the ID of the RF tag transmitted from the RF controller, and temporarily saves the read ID. The menu input unit selects and inputs various functions. The sound output unit outputs information on the ID into sound.
