PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device and a circuit change method, which can flexibly change an interface function with an external device in response to the external device.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device 10 comprises: an external IF circuit part 3 serving as an interface for connection with an external device 5; a memory part 1 which is writable from outside, for storing processing corresponding to control information that specifies procedures between the external device 5 and the external IF circuit part 3; and a control circuit part 2 reading the control information from the memory part 1 to cause the external IF circuit part 3 to execute input/output to/from the external device 5 in accordance with the control information. |
