PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite electronic component in which elements such as an electronic component and a sensor component are integrated and which is further miniaturized by efficiently arranging mounting terminals of the composite electronic component.SOLUTION: A crystal oscillator (10) as the composite electronic component comprises a package (11), a crystal oscillating piece (12) as an electronic element housed in the package (11), external terminals (20, 23) which are electrically connected to the crystal oscillating piece (12) and are formed on an outer peripheral surface of the package (11), and a thermistor (13) as a sensor component which is fixed to the package (11) and has terminals (19, 22). The crystal oscillator (10) is mounted on a mounting substrate (26) by the external terminals (20, 23) and the terminals (19, 22) of the thermistor (13). |
