摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately restrict a melt-up of an insulating coating upon soldering a three-layer insulating electric wire without accompanying an increase in a size of a component, the number of work processes and a cost, thereby ensuring a necessary creepage distance. <P>SOLUTION: In a structure in which a bobbin part 10 for winding a primary winding and a secondary winding is consecutively and integrally formed with a terminal holding part 14, and each winding terminal is connected to terminals 12 of the terminal holding part, respectively, the three-layer insulating electric wire is used for either one of the primary winding and the secondary winding, and a leader line groove 22 for guiding a leader line portion of the three-layer insulating electric wire from the bobbin part to the terminal is formed in the terminal holding part. The leader line groove is cut apart by a division groove 24 crossing enroute, thereby forming an edge part for changing a leading direction from one leading groove to another leading groove through the division groove, and the leader line portion is drawn around while the insulating coating of the leader line portion is connected to the edge part by insulation displacement. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
