PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid film-type oxygen supply apparatus which needs only a low expense in manufacture and maintenance and increases the capacity of waste water disposal by an aerobic lagoon by efficiently and stably dissolving oxygen in POME flowing into the aerobic lagoon in varied amounts daily.SOLUTION: The structure of the liquid film-type oxygen supply apparatus 1a is such that a partition plate 3 roughly rectangular in planar view is equipped with floats 2 and four exposure units 4 and supported by a frame 5 and an aeration means 6 is installed underneath the exposure units 4. The exposure unit 4 composed of cylindrical air bubble paths 4a and umbrella-like parts 4b expanding downward and connected with the low end of the air bubble paths 4a are attached to the partition plate 3 in a way that the umbrella-like parts 4b covers four respective openings (not shown) arranged on the partition plate 3.
