PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for mounting a component, capable of efficiently executing feeder rearrangement work for the next production board prior to the production completion of a current production board.SOLUTION: A method for mounting a component includes: comparing next board type data 29b corresponding to the next board type to be next produced with current board type data 29c and current arrangement data 29b corresponding to a current production board type being currently produced, to create guide data referred to as a guide for executing feeder arrangement work for the production of the next board type; then displaying the guide data as a feeder attachment confirmation screen so that an operator can understand visually during the execution of the production work for the current production board type; and executing the feeder arrangement work for the production of the next board type during the execution of the production work, on the basis of the display content. |
