PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid or prevent resonance of a vibrator support frame.SOLUTION: In a vibrator support frame 500, a hollow part 511 is filled with a rigidity regulation member through an opening 514, and the rigidity regulation member poured into the hollow part 511 is hardened inside the hollow part 511 and adheres to an inside tubular member 503 and to an outside tubular member 504. The rigidity of the vibrator support frame 500 is increased when the hollow part 511 is filled with the rigidity regulation member. In this way, a natural frequency of the vibrator support frame 500 is increased. Consequently, resonance can be evaded or reduced in the vibrator support frame 500. |
