PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital camera capable of accelerating processing by disposing a plurality of IC blocks in parallel and making them operate substantially simultaneously, the IC blocks performing image processing (color processing including pixel interpolation, JPEG compression, and thinning processing) of a digital camera and an image sensor with a plurality of output.SOLUTION: IC blocks 31 and 32 which perform actual image processing for each outputs from an image sensor 1 are connected, and after each output is individually processed, one image is constituted finally and stored in an external memory as a file. Efficient image processing is realized by exchanging images between a plurality of chips. Speed-up is achieved for example by a method for changing main processing (final image formation) for each frame of a photographed image. |
