摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a minute particle dispersion, capable of efficiently dispersing minute particles without giving damages such as deformation and internal lattice distortion in the minute particle.SOLUTION: In the manufacturing of the minute particle dispersion, a treatment object liquid containing particles 42 in an aggregation state in the liquid 33b is collided with a collision surface 73b to disperse the particles 42 in a liquid 33b. At that time, the viscosity of the liquid 33b is adjusted to be equal to or higher than lower limit reference viscosity set according to the kind of the particles 42 and a parameter which stipulates physical force exerted to fine droplets 33a by a gas flow, so that the ratio of the collision of the particles 42 with the collision surface 73b becomes equal to or lower than a prescribed ratio and so that the deformation of an outer shape and the internal lattice distortion caused in the particles 42 due to the collision with the collision surface 73b become equal to or lower than a desired degree. Thus, excess impacts due to the direct collision of the particles 42 in the liquid 33b with the collision surface 73b are suppressed.
