PURPOSE: A marine pipe protection supporting device is provided to effectively absorb vibration which is generated by pressure of pipe by distributing the vibration, and to perfectly prevent deformation of the outside of the pipe even though a strong adhesive force is applied to the pipe when the pipe is fixed. CONSTITUTION: A marine pipe protection supporting device comprises a lower body (100) and an upper body (200) which are made of a rubber material. The lower body includes a flat type holding surface (110), a semicircular pipe seating groove (120), a prolate protrusion (130), and a binding groove (140). The upper body comprises a semicircular pipe clamping groove (220), a prolate groove (230), and a binding groove (240). The prolate groove is formed on both sides of the edge of the pipe clamping groove respectively to be combined with the prolate protrusion. The binding groove caves in the outer circumferential surface of the upper and the lower body.
