PURPOSE: A method for evaluating an exfoliated scale of a hot-rolled steel sheet is provided to measure the scale existed in the hot-rolled steel sheet by using an adhesive member, thereby quantitively evaluating a scale class. CONSTITUTION: A method for evaluating an exfoliated scale of a hot-rolled steel sheet comprises next steps. A specimen(100) is prepared. An adhesive member(200) is attached on an exterior surface of the specimen. A portion of the specimen where the adhesive member is attached is transformed. A scale class is determined depending on amount of the scale being attached on the adhesive member. |
