PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnosis system capable of collecting a different kind of data together with data for nuclear medicine by shortening a gantry. SOLUTION: An X-ray detector 43 of an X-ray CT device 3 is disposed in the gantry 41 having an opening part 41a for passing a specimen M, and a γ-ray detector group of a PET detector 33 is disposed insertably into the opening part 41a of the gantry 41. Hereby, collection of CT data is performed by the X-ray detector 43 disposed in the gantry 41, and collection of PET data (data for nuclear medicine) is performed by the PET detector 33 disposed insertably into the opening part 41a of the gantry 41. Resultantly, data collection by any detector 33, 43 can be performed by one gantry 41, and a different kind of the CT data can be collected together with the PET data (data for nuclear medicine) by shortening the gantry 41.
