The block (1) has two parallel first walls (2) arranged to be perpendicular to a plane of a flat structure. Two parallel second walls (5) are perpendicular to the first walls and intended to be vertical when the block is normally installed in the structure. Each first wall has an attachment portion (2') that forms a bearing surface parallel to the first walls for another block for a contact between the blocks or a support through a binder, and is of high precision relative to rough manufacturing surfaces, so as to obtain a mechanical continuity for transmission of forces between the blocks.
