The part (PS) has a bulkhead side cross-element (TL) that comprises a rear portion (PR2) and a front portion (PV2) respectively attached to a lower part (P11) of a front column (PA) and to a bulkhead side part (TA). A high resistant reinforcement tube (TR) comprises lower- and upper ends (E1, E2) respectively attached to the front portion of the cross-element and to a fixing unit (MF) to limit retreat of the bulkhead side part that is located in vicinity of the tube lower end in an event of frontal collision of a car. The tube is rectilinearly made from high strength steel in a hollow form.
