PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lower part structure of a vehicle body of a vehicle that can improve aerodynamic characteristics by controlling disturbance of running wind caused by collisions with wheels by a structure that is difficult to receive an influence by a restriction of a minimum ground height.SOLUTION: A side end part 16a of a floor under cover 16 in a vehicle width direction outside is provided to be overlapped with rear wheels 19b in a vehicle front-rear direction at positions in front side of the vehicle of the rear wheel 19b in the vehicle front-rear direction. The side end part 16a comprises recesses 20 which are recessed more to a vehicle upper side than remaining parts of the floor under cover 16. The recesses 20 is constituted so that the front side of the vehicle is opened, and a rear end surface 22 is tilted obliquely downward toward the rear of the vehicle. |
