PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more efficiently execute a survey on products and services interesting to a user for acquisition, and a product and service provider interesting to the user for transaction.SOLUTION: A method for processing reviews includes a step for discriminating a plurality of reviews, a step for selecting a subset of the plurality of reviews on the basis of at least a predetermined quality standard, and a step for generating response including contents of the selected subset. |
