PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device which can extend, compared to the prior art, a period in a state where a degradation degree of a power storage device is good.SOLUTION: A hybrid controller 8 as a control device for a power storage device comprises: a degradation degree determination part 202 to determine whether a degradation degree of the power storage device driving a motor 3 for running a vehicle is better than a prescribed value; and a target output calculation part 205 to calculate a target output value lower than an available output power value of the power storage device. When the degradation degree determination part 202 has determined that the degradation degree is better than the prescribed value, output power of the power storage device is restricted to the target output value or less.
