PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system that efficiently performs data transmission to a terminal.SOLUTION: A radio communication system according to the invention comprises a plurality of radio stations, a gateway for accommodating the plurality of radio stations, and a terminal for communicating with the radio stations. The plurality of radio stations have a function to coordinate with other radio stations, and to perform first processing to transmit all data toward a destination terminal thereof or to perform second processing to transmit part of the data toward the destination terminal if the same data destined for the same terminal is delivered to the self-radio station and the other radio stations. The terminal determines which processing it will make each radio station perform, the first processing or the second processing, on the basis of the channel state with each radio station to which the same data has been delivered if the terminal has detected that the same data destined for the terminal has been delivered to two or more radio stations of the plurality of radio stations. |
