PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus of chromate treatment of a copper foil for an FPC, capable of precisely controlling deposition amount of chromate, and the copper foil for an FPC.SOLUTION: This apparatus of chromate treatment performs chromate treatment by soaking a copper foil 10 for an FPC, which has been treated with a base metal, in a chromate treatment tank 20. In the apparatus of chromate treatment, a contact roller 12 that guides the copper foil 10 for an FPC to the chromate treatment tank 20 is provided with a chemical-soaking lower tray 21 that feeds a chemical 22 comprising an alkaline solution to the contact roller 12. |
