PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a range-finder camera module that can secure sufficient assembling accuracy, can achieve reduction in costs and compactness with a simple component shape, and has excellent ranging accuracy.SOLUTION: The range-finder camera module comprises: a two-dimensional sensor array 4 in which a plurality of imaging elements are planarly arranged on a silicon substrate and integrated; a lens array 2 in which a plurality of lens parts are arranged and integrated; and a holding member 3 for holding an imaging distance from the lens parts to the imaging elements. The range-finder camera module calculates a parallax amount from a plurality of images obtained from the plurality of lens parts formed on the lens array 2 and can calculate a distance to a subject based on the parallax amount. The lens parts and the imaging elements are arranged so as to correspond to each other on one-to-one basis, and level difference parts 7 concentrically with the lens parts are formed in an outer periphery of respective lens parts of the lens array.
