PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the manual closing of a shutter curtain even when a fire door with a guide rail is not closed. SOLUTION: When a screening door closing signal is input from a closing checking means after the start of the rotational movement of the fire door, an opening/closing body means is lowered depending on the input of the screening door closing signal. Additionally, when a manual operation signal providing instructions to lower the opening/closing body means is input after the start of the rotational movement of the fire door, the opening/closing body means is lowered without reference to the closing condition of the fire door even in the case where the screening door closing signal is not input from the closing checking means. This brings about the effect of enabling the opening/closing body means to be closed by the manual operation, even when the fire door is not closed or when the screening door closing signal does not reach an automatic closing means despite the closing of the fire door.
