PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifting and collecting device and method capable of reliably lifting and collecting an underwater sailing body even in a rough marine environment without permanently equipping any special exclusive apparatus for lifting and collecting onboard a mother ship.SOLUTION: A lifting and collecting device includes two guide frames 1, a plurality of thrusters 2 for underwater propulsion which are provided on the guide frames, a suspension frame 3, a recovery net 4 stretched between the two guide frames, a releaser 6 which is capable of holding the two guide frames, the recovery net and the suspension frame in an integrally bundled manner, and releasing the held condition, a control part 5 which controls the underwater sailing by the plurality of thrusters, and controls the release of the releaser, and a guide rope having a cable which transmits/receives the signals to/from the control part, and supplies power. The lifting and collecting device moves to the vicinity of the underwater sailing body by the propulsion of the thrusters, collects the underwater sailing body in an underwater condition where the marine environmental influence is less, and conveys it to a mother ship. |
