PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copper alloy sheet with an Sn coating layer for a fitting type connection terminal, having a low coefficient of friction and requiring low insertion force, at low cost.SOLUTION: An Ni coating layer, a Cu-Sn alloy coating layer, and an Sn coating layer are formed, in the order, on a surface of a base material made of a Cu-Ni-Si system copper alloy sheet. A material surface is subjected to reflow treatment, and has an arithmetic mean roughness Ra of 0.03 μm or more and less than 0.15 μm in both a direction parallel to the rolling direction and a direction perpendicular to the rolling direction. The Ni coating layer has an average thickness of 0.1-0.8 μm, the Cu-Sn alloy coating layer has an average thickness of 0.4-1.0 μm, and the Sn coating layer has an average thickness of 0.1-0.8 μm. The Cu-Sn alloy coating layer is linearly exposed, and an exposure rate thereof to the material surface is 10-50%. |
