PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device that prevents a user's unintended operation during travel of a mobile body.SOLUTION: An input device 10 for receiving a user's input to operate an object of operation 20 acquires times of contact with a first input section 11R and a second input section 11L mounted in different positions of a mobile body to receive input, from the first input section and the second input section (S2), determines to receive an operation input for operating the object of operation if a time difference between the time of contact with the first input section and the time of contact with the second input section is within a predetermined time (S3), and sets the state of at least either of the first and second input sections to a state to receive an operation input if determining to receive an operation input.
