摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermally conductive polyimide film having characteristics such as excellent mechanical characteristics and heat resistance, additionally being excellent in thermal conductivity in a planar direction, having anisotropy in thermal conductivity between the planar direction and a thickness direction, and also being excellent in tear strength and moldability.SOLUTION: A highly thermally conductive polyimide film contains 5 wt.% or more and less than 40 wt.% of scaly graphite powder relative to the entirety of the polyimide film, has thermal conductivity in a planar direction of 1.0 W/m.K or higher and a thermal conductivity in a thickness direction of less than 1.0 W/m.K, and has a ratio of the thermal conductivity in the planar direction to the thermal conductivity in the thickness direction of 4.0 or higher.
