摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical pattern forming device, an electronic apparatus and a laser beam machine, capable of optimizing an intersection angle at which a second phase distribution forming a carrier wave is superimposed on a first phase distribution even when the first phase distribution creating a pattern is two dimensional.SOLUTION: A optical pattern forming device separates zero-order light to the outside of the area of the optical pattern 22B so as to be spaced at a distance D from an optical pattern 22B. The optical pattern forming device has an optical element 10B for generating a two-dimensional phase distribution F (x, y) obtained by synthesizing a first phase distribution f (x, y) creating a pattern and a second phase distribution g (x, y) separating the zero-order light 20B by using phase data obtained by folding at a predetermined period P (x, y), and transmitting or reflecting incident light to form the optical pattern 22B. When Fx represents a gradient in a x direction of the two-dimensional phase distribution F (x, y) and Fy represents a gradient in a y direction thereof, the first phase distribution is superimposed on the second phase distribution at an intersection angle &thetas; at which 1/[Fx+Fy]becomes maximum.
