PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sustained release oral preparation for once daily administration containing an analgesically effective amount of oxycodone or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and a pharmaceutically acceptable matrix containing a sustained release material.SOLUTION: Provided is a sustained release preparation using a sustained release material selected from a group of alkylcellulose, acrylic acid, methacrylate polymer and copymer, and cellulose ether. After an oral administration to a patient in a steady state, an average C/Coxycodone ratio of 0.6-1.0 or 0.7-1.0 is given. |
