PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image transmitter, an image transmission method, and a program capable of preventing overflow of memory.SOLUTION: An image transmitter 200 acquires an image taken by a camera mounted to a moving body and transmits the image to a transmission destination. Then, the image transmitter determines whether communication with the transmission destination is possible and if determining that the communication with the transmission destination is impossible, reduces the frame rates of the acquired image and stores the image. Then if the communication with the transmission destination is once determined to be impossible and thereafter determined to be possible, the image transmitter transmits the image stored with the frame rates reduced. |
