PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform detailed priority control for both upward and downward communication directions by a device alone, if radio relay devices and radio terminal devices constituting a wireless LAN include a device not conforming to IEEE 802.11e.SOLUTION: A wireless LAN access point device for accommodating a plurality of radio terminal devices 20 includes: a decision processing unit SA130 for observing packets transmitted to each radio terminal device 20 and received from the radio terminal device 20, and for deciding whether or not a device that performs high priority communication exists; and a priority control processing unit SA140 for stopping to start communication by a radio terminal device 20 other than the radio terminal device 20 currently in communication, using a CTS message, if the decision processing unit SA130 decides that a device performing high priority communication exists. |
