PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module cleaning device which effectively cleans a translucent plate of a solar cell module having an opening for taking out an electrode.SOLUTION: The solar cell module cleaning device includes: an ultraviolet irradiation part 3 radiating ultraviolet rays to a surface of the translucent plate of a solar cell module 100 and removing organic compounds; transfer rollers 6 transferring the solar cell module 100; a wiping part 1 which includes a wiping sheet 15 having an endless form and pressing rollers 12, 13 pressing the wiring sheet 15 against the surface of the translucent plate of the solar cell module 100 transferred by the transfer rollers 6; and a cleaning liquid supply part 2 supplying a cleaning liquid to the wiping sheet 15 before the wiping sheet 15 is placed in contact with the surface of the translucent plate of the solar cell module 100.
