PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that conventional pumped-storage power generation in use cannot attain to efficiency exceeding 70% because of a waste of energy for pumping up water, and it is difficult for power generation using fuel batteries to attain to higher efficiency since technical innovation has greatly advanced.SOLUTION: The present invention is characterized in a structure in which an electrolyzer or a hydrogen generation device for modification of carbon hydride etc., is installed in ordinary hydraulic power generation facilities nearby a lower power generator, fuel batteries area installed nearby an upper regulating reservoir, they are connected by a pipe. A system of the present invention includes a flow of generation of hydrogen in a low place, fuel battery power generation in a higher place, discharge of generated water to the regulating reservoir, and ordinary hydraulic power generation. This system can be a sort of modification type of pumped-storage power generation or a sort of modification type of fuel battery power generation. As the pumped-up storage power generation, the energy for pumping up water is not necessary and much higher efficiency is expected as well as an advantage in making a drop as large as possible. As fuel battery power generation, the generated water is advantageously used as water power for power generation. The present invention relates to the superior system that makes good use of features of the pumped-up storage power generation and fuel battery power generation so as to greatly improve efficiency. |
