PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that has excellent image quality maintainability.SOLUTION: An electrophotographic photoreceptor includes a conductive substrate, and a photosensitive layer provided on the conductive substrate. The electrophotographic photoreceptor further includes a surface layer located on the surface on a side where the photosensitive layer is provided that contains fluorine resin particles, and a copolymer containing a specific fluoroalkyl group; the mass reduction rate when the surface layer is heated for 0.5 hours at 120°C is 1.5 mass% or more and 3.0 mass% or less; and the thickness of the surface layer is 26 μm or more and 50 μm or less. |
