<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic thin-film solar cell which further improves the energy conversion efficiency, by improving an exiton deactivation preventing layer to make a p-n junction type organic thin-film solar cell practical. <P>SOLUTION: In the organic thin-film solar cell configured by laminating a p-type organic semiconductor layer 31 and an n-type organic semiconductor layer 32 between a pair of electrodes 1, 2, an exiton deactivation preventing layer (EBL) 4 constituted of a compound expressed by general expression (1) is formed between the n-type organic semiconductor layer 32 and a negative pole 2 adjoining the n-type organic semiconductor layer 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
