PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call control system capable of performing system changeover processing in a short time, when failure occurs in an active system call control server and call control processing is performed while switching to a spare system call control server, and to provide a redundancy method of information for use in call control.SOLUTION: In active system call control server 61 and a spare system call control server 62, event management table information 6111b, 6212b registering partial processing (events) constituting call processing in the order of generation are held, respectively. Upon occurrence of an event, synchronous processing of the event management table information 6111b, 6212b is performed based on the type of the event, and synchronous processing of call processing data 6111a, 6211a is performed, as required. The time required for system switching is shortened by performing the event in both servers. |
