PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition excellent in permeability and high in stability with time.SOLUTION: A translucent to transparent composition includes: (a) hydrogenated phosphatidylglycerol; (b) polyoxyalkylene sterol ether with 10-30 addition mole number of polyoxyalkylene; (c) monoalkylglyceryl ether; and (d) water, where the component (b) is preferably polyoxyethylene cholesterol and/or polyoxyethylene phytosterol, the carbon number of alkyl in the component (c) is preferably 16-22, and the content of the component (a) hydrogenated phosphatidylglycerol is preferably 0.01-30 mass%. |
