PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strobe device and an imaging device that can immediately capture a favorite image.SOLUTION: A strobe device 2 according to the present invention comprises: a strobe body part 9; a light emission part 10 that is rotatably connected to the strobe body part 9; a variable mechanism 12 that can vary an angle of the light emission part 10; a driving part 13 that drives the variable mechanism 12; and a control part 15 that controls the driving part 13. An irradiation direction angle of the light emission part 10 can be changed by the control part 15, and when an imaging device 1 continuously takes photographs, the control part 15 is provided with a mode of changing the irradiation direction angle of the light emission part 10 for each photographing. Thus, a plurality of images different in an irradiation condition of strobe light can be taken, so that a favorite image can be immediately captured. |
