PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forced cooling-type LED lighting device capable of preventing breaking of a cooling fan due to strong window outdoors, while suppressing its temperature rise by forced cooling of a light source unit.SOLUTION: In a forced cooling-type LED lighting device 1, a light source unit 3 having an LED 8 as a light source and a cooling fan 4 are housed in a housing 2 with an air intake port 5 and an exhaust port 6 formed, and the light source unit 3 is cooled by passing, through the light source unit 3, outside air sucked by the cooling fan 4 into the housing 2 from the intake port 5 and exhausting it from the exhaust port 6 to the outside of the housing 2. Here, a damper mechanism 7 which opens and closes the exhaust port 6 opened in the vicinity of the cooling fan 4 is provided. |
