PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect and clarify the causes of changes in viscosity, and to develop a cosmetic where a hydrogenated lecithin is compounded in an appropriate viscosity range as a milky lotion.SOLUTION: A milky lotion cosmetic includes a hydrogenated lecithin and an acrylic series polymer. The hydrogenated lecithin includes 10 to 40 mass% of phosphatidylcholine if it includes phosphatidylcholine and unidentified phospholipid other than phosphatidylcholine, and the acrylic polymer compound includes one to a plurality of species selected out of (a) (hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyltaurine) copolymer, (b) (sodium acrylate/acryloyldimethyltaurine) copolymer, (c) polyacrylamide, (d) sodium polyacrylate, and (e) (acrylamide/ammonium acrylate) copolymer. |
