PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, a system and a method for controlling illumination for a vehicle capable of detecting unlighting of a light source of a lighting device provided on the vehicle, and allowing a display device to display that the light source of the lighting device is in the unlighting state.SOLUTION: A device for controlling illumination for a vehicle includes a display device, a control device receiving part for receiving unlighting state information of a light source of a lighting device, and a control device control circuit for changing a display state of the display device based on the unlighting state information.
