PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a level conversion circuit that implements a large amplification factor with the use of transistors of a single conductivity type.SOLUTION: A level conversion circuit 34 comprises level conversion sections 50A, 50B connected in series. The level conversion section 50A comprises circuit blocks 52A, 54A. The circuit block 52A inverts an input signal S. The circuit block 54A includes: a transistor Mconnected between a power supply Vand a node N; a transistor Mconnected between Nand a power supply V; a transistor Mconnected between a gate of Mand V; and a capacitor Cconnected between Nand the gate of M, and performs level conversion to output a potential change of Nin conjunction with an action of Mresponsive to a signal to be applied to a gate from an input node Nand an action of Mturned on/off by applying an output of the circuit block 52A to a gate. |
