PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-propelled work machine which mainly intends to eliminate failure and trouble of a power generator caused by being showered with dust by enabling the power generator to be installed at a place as far away from the work machine as possible, and which enables a towed power generator to be towed by a self-propelled machine body and to move together with the self-propelled machine body in traveling, and which enables the self-propelled machine body to be made lightweight, to have simple structure and to be easily maintained and the like by providing the towed power generator thereby reducing loaded objects onto the self-propelled machine body.SOLUTION: A self-propelled work machine includes a self-propelled machine body A in which a work machine 3 is loaded on a vehicle body 1 provided with a traveling device 2, and a towed power generator B in which a power generator 5 is loaded on a towed cart 4 detachably connected to the vehicle body. The self-propelled work machine further includes a self-standing means 45 for allowing the towed power generator to self-stand while being separated from the self-propelled machine body. |
