PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new unconventional method of making a mold and a new mold made by the method in order to make an insole or footwear hardly causing foot distortion.SOLUTION: The invention includes bringing a foot into a natural state (almost normal foot) removing the body weight from the foot, and molding the almost normal foot, not accurately molding the foot under the weight of the body. Footwear thus obtained effectively holds the whole arch or toes in place. Further, the footwear may correct the problem of a warped or twisted toe or hallux valgus only by being worn.
