PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tuner suitable for tuning of a violin group.SOLUTION: A tuner is equipped with: four band-pass filters 31 which extract components of frequency bands corresponding to respective strings of a musical instrument from a musical sound signal to generate single string sound signals of the respective strings; a musical instrument type input unit 10; a band setting unit 20 which sets pass bands of the respective band pass filters 31 on the basis of an input musical instrument type; a pitch detection unit 32 which detects a pitch for every single string sound signal; an envelope detection unit 33 which detects an envelope for every single string sound signal; a sound production string estimation unit 40 to which the pitches and the envelopes of the respective single string sound signals are input, and which estimates two sound production strings by using the envelopes and outputs the pitches of the single string sound signals of the two estimated sound production strings; a pitch error calculation unit 50 which calculates pitch errors of the single string sound signals of the two sound production strings, respectively; a musical interval calculation unit 60 which calculates difference in the pitches between the single string sound signals of the two sound production strings; a pitch error display unit 80 which displays the pitch errors; and a musical interval display unit 90 which displays difference in the pitches. |
