PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor device and a robot device capable of generating a high torque.SOLUTION: The motor device includes a rotor, a transmission portion hooked to at least a portion of the peripheral surface of the rotor, a drive portion which moves the transmission portion by a certain distance by bringing about a torque transmission state between the rotor and the transmission portion, and exerts a driving force at least in one direction so that the transmission portion is reset to a predetermined position while eliminating the torque transmission state, and a displacement transmission portion which can move a connection to at least the transmission portion in a predetermined linear direction or a direction parallel therewith by exertion of the driving force. |
