PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a film capacitor element in which electric conduction can be ensured stably between a metallikon electrode and a metal deposition film layer.SOLUTION: A dielectric film layer non-forming part 36, consisting of an end of a first metal deposition film layer 14 on the side opposite from a first margin part 20A and a cover dielectric film layer 16 on the first margin part 20 are formed by lamination on a laminate of a base dielectric film layer 12 having the first margin part 20 at one end and the first metal deposition film layer 14. Subsequently, a second metal deposition film layer 18 is formed at a part of the cover dielectric film layer 16 excepting the end part of the dielectric film layer non-forming part 36 side as a second margin part 38. Thereafter, third metal deposition film layers 30, 44 are formed, respectively, by lamination on the dielectric film layer non-forming part 36 and the end part of the second metal deposition film layer 18 on the opposite side from the second margin part 38 side, thus forming first and second heavy edges 24, 46. |
