PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the problem that a superstructure is washed away by reducing loads that the superstructure receives by destructing a balustrade when wave power acts on a bridge and reducing the height dimension of the superstructure.SOLUTION: A bridge includes, on a bridge pier, a superstructure 5 having a bridge girder, a floor slab 3 provided on the bridge girder, and a balustrade 4 provided along the longitudinal direction of the floor slab 3 on a width direction end upper side of the floor slab 3. A shear pin structure 10 for receiving force in the horizontal direction by being fitted with each other in the vertical direction is provided between an upper surface 3a of the floor slab 3 and a lower surface 4a of the balustrade 4, a vertical reinforcement 7 is vertically extended and disposed between the inside of the balustrade 4 and the inside of the floor slab 3 at a position more on the width direction inner side than the shear pin structure 10, and thus a bend fulcrum 20 is provided at which the balustrade 4 is bent with the vertical reinforcement 7 as a fulcrum near a boundary S of the balustrade 4 and the floor slab 3 when wave power acts on the balustrade from the width direction outer side. |
