PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas discharging method capable of decreasing the exhaust amount of exhaust gas into an atmosphere while the pressure in a tank is kept at a preliminary predetermined pressure at constant even if the effect of an external disturbance is received.SOLUTION: A method for discharging exhaust gas generated in a storing tank of the chemical article, and in order not to exceed the range of the allowance of pressure of the storing tank, an exhaust gas valve for adjusting discharging of the exhaust gas from the storing tank, and an inert gas valve for adjusting supply of an inert gas supplied to the storing tank, are controlled by a valve controlling means, and the controlling of the valve controlling means is such that on the valve open degree of the exhaust gas valve and the valve open degree of the inert gas valve, when the valve open degree of one valve becomes just before 0 or at the same time of 0, the valve open degree of the other valve starts to increase. |
