PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature adjusting sheet to obtain cooling/heating effect efficiently even with a small amount of liquid medium and to provide exhilaration with excellent ventilation, a temperature adjusting mat or temperature adjusting cushion containing the temperature adjusting sheet, and a temperature adjusting apparatus utilizing the temperature adjusting mat or temperature adjusting cushion.SOLUTION: Liquid medium is supplied through a supply hose 4 from a temperature adjuster 31 including a reservoir 32 to reserve the liquid medium, a temperature adjusting measure 33 to adjust temperature of the liquid medium, and a circulation pump 34. A temperature adjusting sheet 1 is utilized to adjust temperature by incorporating it inside a cover 13, 23 of a mat 11 or cushion 21. A liquid medium flow channel 2 is formed in a grid shape. The grid shape liquid medium flow channel 2 is mounted with a supply opening 2a to supply the liquid medium, which is connected to the grid shape liquid medium flow channel 2, and an exhaust opening 2b to exhaust the supplied liquid medium, and is formed of a sheet body 3 arranged in accordance with holes 3a between grids of the liquid medium flow channel 2. |
