PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve high-accuracy time synchronization between a station side time master device and a subscriber side device in a network via a PON.SOLUTION: For the purpose of raising a measurement accuracy of a reciprocating propagation delay time of a signal communicated with a subscriber side device (a base station 7 and a femto cell 8) that performs time synchronization with a station side time master device (L2SW2) originating time information, when an uplink packet for measuring a reciprocating propagation delay time is transmitted from the subscriber side device to the time master device, with respect to a few control cycles until when the uplink packet is transmitted, an OLT 4 gives one ONU 6 to which the subscriber side device is connected transmission permission over all time zones in which signal transmission is permitted so that no transmission wait in the ONU 6 accompanying time division multiplex control of a PON is generated. |
