PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation method of a heavy apparatus, capable of first storing a reactor core internal structure in a reactor container without losing cleanliness of the reactor core internal structure and temporarily installing the reactor core internal structure in a temporary installation position.SOLUTION: The installation method includes: a first step for storing a lower core internal structure 50 in a closed type transport container 52 with a block construction in a vertically placed state; a second step for first storing the lower core internal structure together with the closed type transport container into a PCCV 10 by a large crane 110 installed outdoors and temporarily placing the lower core internal structure on a temporarily placing position 55 in the PCCV; a third step, after closing the PCCV by a dome part, unpacking the closed type transport container, moving the lower core internal structure from the temporarily placing position to a lower core internal structure stand 54 by a polar crane 104 and installing the lower core internal structure on the stand 54; and a fourth step for partitioning/disassembling the closed type transport container and carrying out the partitioned/disassembled closed type transport container from an apparatus carrying-in port by the polar crane. |
